What documents will I need for the conveyancing process?
You will need the Certificate of Title, building report, land plan, Contract of Sale, and section 32 form (Vendor’s statement). If you don’t have them, we will assist in obtaining or creating these documents.
What happens if issues are found during a property search?
These issues will be identified by our conveyancers, who will then proceed to raise them with the other party. If the issues are not significant and can be quickly addressed, we will negotiate the transaction on your behalf. However, for serious issues such as those surrounding the validity of property ownership, we will recommend a withdrawal from the purchase.
