How it works for buyers

Step 1: Contract review

Step 2: Consultation

Step 3: Due diligence checks

Step 5: Settlement preparation

Buyers conduct a final inspection of the property to confirm that all special conditions of sale are met. One week before settlement, conveyancers finalise the Statement of Adjustments and send it to the seller’s representative for review.

Step 6: Settlement

On settlement day, representatives from both parties meet to perform the final checks and signatures. The purchase funds are released from the buyer’s financier, and the property title is delivered to the buyer’s party. Once settlement is complete, our conveyancers notify buyers and lodge the new property registration with the Victorian Land Titles Office.

Step 1: Consultation

Our conveyancers receive the Statement of Adjustments from the buyer’s representative and confirm the final purchase amount. We assist with the final inspection of the property for the buyer and verify that the buyer has obtained loan approval.

Step 6: Settlement
